This year’s festival will host an EV Expo,

come and see what’s on offer!

  • MGS5 EV Essence

I bought this recently in Bendigo so I could drive my son to Epping for soccer training each week (which was costing me about $300 per week in petrol). Now, I have no petrol costs and I charge at home which costs me nothing due to my solar panels. I love it, it’s smooth and wonderful to drive. I highly recommend it.

  • Tesla 3 Upgraded

    Tesla 3 Upgraded

This is my new Tesla 3. It’s an upgrade to my previous Tesla 3 that I purchased in 2019. I charge it at home unless going on extended drives like my recent trip up to Sydney. I drove my previous Tesla 217,000 kilometres and it never required any servicing, another major cost saving. I have been absolutely amazed at its capability and safety.

  • MG4

I'm very fortunate to have an EV, especially in a time of uncertainty when fuel costs are rising. The MG4 is a small hatch-back. Come and hear the advantages and disadvantages of running an EV compared with other vehicles. Come and have a cuppa with me at the festival!

  • Kia Niro 2023

The car we have is a 2023 Kia Niro full electric. We decided to go electric primarily for environmental reasons and could see few issues an EV would cause for the sort of driving we do. People talk about 'range anxiety', however with a bit of planning and a few stops in lovely country towns, we have driven to Adelaide, Murray Bridge (towing a small trailer), Sale, Swan Hill.
